Donald Bielen is the manager of The Rainier Group’s Portland, Oregon consulting operation. Since 1992, Donald has advised affluent business owners and individuals throughout the Pacific Northwest. He specializes in lifetime business transitions, advanced estate planning and wealth management for the affluent individual. As a Project Manager, Donald works closely with the client’s advisors as a coordinated team to implement defined planning strategies.
Donald is a CFP® or a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner. He received a B.S. Degree in Business Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Montana. Donald is a member of Washington State University Planning Giving Advisory Board, Board of Directors for a local lumber company and is an active member of Rotary Club of Portland.
